Benjamin has started taking taekwondo as of last week and he loves it. We hope that this will help with his confidence, gate, balance, rhythm and endurance. He has only had 3 classes but has already earned 2 stripes on his belt. One for breaking a board and one for doing a kicking combination. We love his teacher and how energetic, loving - yet tough he is with the kids. I also love that Benjamin has earned a couple of stripes already. It's a great way to host a child's confidence and keep him coming back for more.
