Some days are more difficult than others. I think that everyone can say that.  Whether your the one that goes to work, or stays home, is ill or healthy.  Everyone has struggles to some degree, and these struggles will change over time.  My struggle lately has been learning to be a mother to 5 children ages 9 and under - on top of other struggles.  On this particular day I felt like I was in charge of life instead of the other way around. It may have been a result of better sleep, more meaningful prayers, tender mercies, strength from Heavenly Father OR all of the above.  Either way it was an all around good day.

So good that we even left the house.  We wen to the near by plane museum and had fun casually strolling along looking and learning more about airplanes.  First thing we did was check out 'grandpa's plane' of course then made our way in.  Isaac enjoyed looking at everything and was content being carried in the pack.  Everyone was listening, helpful and courteous. It was an enjoyable time.

Then that evening we decided to attend our cities pumpkin walk.  It has become a pretty big deal.   Each year getting bigger and bigger with more pumpkins (1200 this year), food trucks, fire pits, an outdoor movie, the singing pumpkins, and of course the Star Wars guys.  The kiddos had such a great time.  So great in fact they did not want to leave.  We over did the fun that day and everyone was done.  So it started out good but ended not so great.  But in the end we all still like each other and our love is still strong.
