Today was our Miss Hannah's first day of Ballet practice. She as been looking forward to this day for ages and the closer it got the more excited she became. She was so excited in fact that she changed into her ballet outfit right after lunch and then asked every few minutes if it was time to go. When it did come time to take her she was very brave and walked right into the studio, changed out of her he street shoes and into her slippers then danced away while she waited for the rest of her class to come. I was so very pleased.
Her class is small, only 4 little girls, which is good. She is the oldest of the group but not by much, which is great also. I was able to chat with the other moms a little. They all seem like wonderful ladies. I look forward to getting to know them better in the coming months.
Hannah did a wonderful job listening, following directions and practicing. It made this momma's heart proud to watch her twirl away and learn the ballet techniques.
