Pregnancy Highlights: Having more good days - or should I say nights - than bad. I think the nausea is starting to pass, though I'm still tired. I think I will FOREVER be tired. Also I'm the new favorite person to sit by. Every time we sit down for anything the kiddos all scramble to sit by me. You would think it's because they want to be close to me, but no they want to sit next to the 'new baby.' :)
How far along: 12 weeks
Size of baby: Just over 2 inches or the size of a lime and half an ounce. Ironically I bought limes this week.
Stretch Marks: Nothing new.
Gender: We are not finding out. This baby will be the tie breaker for our family, and for grandchildren on all sides. So we are keeping the gender a surprise until the wee one makes their appearance.
Name: We have some picked out either way, but again are not sharing.
Movement: Haven't felt anything yet, though Rachel swears she felt the baby kick when we were snuggling the other night. Couldn't convince her otherwise.
Exercise: I'm able to be up and about more but still not doing anything extra; and I'm ok with that.
What I miss: Still eating food or thinking about food or looking at food or smelling food without getting sick. Nothing has been consistent with this pregnancy.
Cravings: The Subway 'craving' has sort of past. I don't really want anything. I just need something - don't know what that is yet.
Aversions: A lot.
Best moment of the week: I was able to eat chicken enchiladas this week, first mexican food in months. Tasted soooo good. I know I probably ate way too much.
Looking forward to: Having a better relationship with food and being a more active mommy again. This couch potato thing is getting old.
