Let's go fly a kite

I have been doing a lot of sitting lately because I just don't feel good.  The kids have been pretty patient - though I can tell they are getting bored.  Movies and shows don't have that much appeal to them anymore.

One day I decided I could maybe sit outside on our lounge chair and watch them run out some energy.  Benjamin got creative and made everyone 'kites' from their jump ropes and plastic bags.  They work quite well and have kept them entertained for the last several days.  They even took them to Rachel's soccer game and 'flew' them in the empty field by us. I just love how creative, kind and ingenious Benjamin can be sometimes.  The other day he even made a pair of glasses out of Legos.  :)
