Here are some after pictures.  The huge family room is about 95% framed out.  We LOVE how it is turning out and can hardly wait to see the final product.  We knocked out part of a wall and pushed it back so we can add in built in shelves and storage cabinets.  We will also be making a doorway to go under the stairs for a little play area for the kiddos (then later for storage) and we will also be opening the stairway up a little so it is more open.
