1. I won't feel guilty about letting diapers sit in a landfill.
2. The new cloth diapers are not like our moms used to use (pins and folding - yuck).
3. They come in tons of cute colors and patterns.
4. They grow with the baby.
5. It's better on their little bums.
6. It's easier to potty train when the time comes.
I'm sure I will come up with more reasons why I like them as time goes on, but for now those are enough reasons. So here's to my new adventure. May the force be with me . . .

Good luck with the diapers! I have 3 friends who are doing that right now. And you are right, it is much different than when we were young. Maybe I will give it a whirl next time around. You are an inspiration :)
I must admit, I am VERY excited for you to use those. They are what I want to use when the time comes. So I hope they work out for you! Then you can let me in on all your little secrets when it's my turn! ;)
You say that you're sure you'll come up with more reasons for why you like them. I'll bet you'll also come up with reasons for why you don't like them. :-)
