Randomness is good

I've decided: randomness is good, it keeps your level of sanity at a healthy level. Though I haven't gotten pictures of everything the ones I did get are priceless. For example:

Benjamin dumped out the crayons we take to church from the pencil bag, placed the bag on his head and walked around like this pretending to vacuum with the popper. Also that shirt he is wearing is now his favorite shirt. Even if it's dirty he wants to wear it. Many times I have caught him digging through the dirty laundry just to find this shirt. When he does find it he tries to put it on or carries it around with him.

Another of Benjamin's favorite things to do lately is to wear his (what Rachel calls) safari hat. It's really an Easter hat that my mom sent, but he's claimed it as his and will parade around the house doing various things. Now this behavior is just fine when we are at home but trust me when I say he will never wear that hat anywhere but home . . .

And Rachel, well, she has been singing EVERYTHING - EVERYWHERE!! She will sing while we are in the van, at the store, the doctors, church, walking around the neighborhood, in the bathroom (public ones too) and at home. Her favorite part of singing is doing it at the top of her lungs. Should be a fun day when she gets to sing in front of the ward with the other Primary children.

Watching these videos has confirmed my theory that Rachel and my Gwenn would be best of friends if we lived close. She is just adorable. And I love the randomness that is Benjamin. What a BOY!
