The Easter Bunny was pretty tricky this year. He set up a scavenger hunt for the kiddos to find their new Easter baskets. The first clue was placed under their pillows while they were sleeping while the remaining clues were placed in their respective places.
In the morning after their snuggle time in bed with mommy we all ran out to the living room to see what the Easter bunny had put in their baskets that they left out but the baskets were missing. We told the kiddos that we have heard that sometimes he leaves a note by their bed. So they all ran to their rooms and found their first scroll.
They followed their clues with the help of daddy and learned that their last clue lead them back to their beds!
They were so confused.
Then amazed and ecstatic when they found their brand new baskets sitting on their beds.
The kids have concluded that :
1. The Easter bunny must have been in our home while they were following the clues.
2. He is REALLY fast.
3. He is super silly!
Andrew was woken up by Benjamin when he went barging into their room after flipping on the light to discover his basket. Good thing Andrew is such an easy going baby - he was not upset at all, just confused.
