*Solution: Replace all of the pipes in our house. To do so we get to cut holes in our walls and ceilings...yippee. :/

What a bummer. I remember wanting to cry when we moved in and one week later our water heater was spraying water everywhere. Thank goodness for home warranties though. Good luck with those leaky pipes. Holes can easily be repaired, but water damage from pipes, that's another story. Better to just punch the hole and get it taken care of.
