On our last official day before another long day of traveling we went to show the kids the BIG waterfall called Vermilion Falls. The falls used to power the Con Agra plant next to it many moons ago. Now there is a trail you can go on to walk along side the river, a huge pavilion and a lot of room grassy areas to play on.
The falls and the Con Agra Plant combined make it a very noisy place but it's also very beautiful. Rachel said the waterfall was "really big!"
After leaving the falls we went to Roadside Park to let the kids play before lunch. Benjamin proved to be quite the climber! He climbed up this yellow 'ladder' pretty much all by himself. I only had to help him at the very top.
Rachel was sort of brave and went down this super l o n g slide almost all by herself. Marc had to get her started (while she was screaming) and followed after her, as she continued to scream, all the way down. BUT, she did it! :) And can we say "STATIC CLING?"

See what I mean about him climbing EVERYTHING?!
