I love to see the Temple
Last night we went to the Draper Temple open house with Grandma and Grandpa Anson, Aunt Amy, Sariah and Ally. Opportunities like this don't come around very often so just had to take advantage of it. There were sooo many people (1,400 an hour!) there to see this BeAuTiFuL new Temple in the Salt Lake valley. It was a long wait, which is kind of expected with that many people, but all of the little girls (and Benjamin) behaved quite well considering it took us 3 hours and they were all STARVING! YES, we gave them snacks before hand but we were not expecting it to take THAT long. Rachel was super excited to go inside and see where mommy and daddy 'disappear' to on their dates. The inside was just gorgeous (as all temples are) but to a 2 year old it only held it's appeal for a short while. She sure had A LOT of fun riding on the bus though!! I'm not sure how much she will remember from this trip but I'm pretty sure she will always remember riding on the 'red bus up to the temple.'

Hey Liz,
I was thinking about you today and thought I would tell you that I enjoy our friendship. I know it's weird that we have never met and have become friends through the "big world of BLOG" but I think you are great. I just adore your little family.
I love going into a person's home because I feel like you can learn so much about them (and what's important to them) by seeing their home and I am learning the same to be true of blogs. I feel like we are very similar in our interests and the things that are important to us.
Anyhow, I guess I am rambling on now...I just wanted you to know that you are one of my favorite "blogging buddies".
OH.... We need to take advantage of that opportunity as well!!! I'm glad little Rachey had so much fun on the bus... you should be so proud of her for being such a good girl!!!
