For a while now I have been curious to know what he would look like with shorter hair. So tonight I took the scissors and cut away. I was super nervous for a few reasons (not necessarily in this order). 1. Would it look dumb? 2. He is almost 4 months and he moved around a lot. 3. I had these sharp scissors in my hand and I didn't want to cut him. Besides moving around he was happy as a clam (with Rachel entertaining him) and I am proud to say that he didn't get cut and he doesn't look dumb...different but not dumb. In a way I kind of miss his crazy long locks.Thursday, October 23, 2008
First Hair Cut

I felt the same way with Toby. As soon as I cut it, he looked so much older and all of a sudden I wanted my baby back! He still looks so adorable though. Good job.
I love it when boys get their first hair cut. It changes them from little boys into little men! He is precious!
Wow, I didn't realize he had that much hair! He looks quite handsome with it short!
Good job on the haircut, Liz. Nothing to worry about, it looks awsome and yes he is too cute.
You are so brave! I just can't bring myself to cut Parker's even though it has been looking pretty crazy for months!!!
I'm scared to cut Jay's, too - I don't ever want his curls to go away! But Benjamin would be adorable if he were bald! Steady hands!
